Individual Intake Assessment - $185
The intake assessment is our first session together—it’s where we start getting to know each other and lay the groundwork for your therapy journey. Think of it as a deep dive into you: what’s been bringing you to therapy, what’s been hard lately, and what you’re hoping to get out of this process. I’ll ask questions about your history, your current challenges, and what’s been working (or not working) for you so far. It’s not a test, and there’s no “right” way to answer—this is simply a space to get curious together.
During this session, we’ll talk about what therapy can look like, set some initial goals, and make sure you feel comfortable with the process. It’s totally normal to feel nervous or unsure at first—most people do! The goal is to help you feel heard, understood, and supported from the start.
By the end of the intake, you’ll have a better sense of what therapy with me will look like and how we can start making the changes you’re hoping for—one step at a time.
Individual Sessions - $175
Individual therapy is your space—no judgment, no pretending, no pressure to have it all figured out. These sessions are one-on-one conversations focused entirely on you: what you’re going through, how you’re feeling, and what you want to work toward.
In therapy, we’ll talk through what’s been weighing on you, explore patterns that keep you stuck, and help you build tools to handle life’s stress, anxiety, relationships, or whatever else is showing up. Some sessions might feel deep and emotional, others might feel more practical or solution-focused. Sometimes we’ll laugh, sometimes we’ll cry—both are totally okay.
The goal isn’t to “fix” you (because you’re not broken); it’s to help you better understand yourself, feel more grounded, and start making choices that actually align with who you are and what you need. Individual therapy gives you the space to slow down, reflect, and grow—so you can show up in your life with more clarity, confidence, and calm.
